ABBOTSFORD BC – The Abbotsford HEAT will look to put back to back wins up against a divison rival for the first time this season as they host the Hamilton Bulldogs on Wednesday night at the AESC.

THE HEAT (10-7-2-1) jumped past the Bulldogs (9-3-1-3) into 2nd place in the North Division with a 4-1 over their division foes on Tuesday evening.  The victory over the Bulldogs on Tuesday could be best described as giving the Bulldogs a taste of what they have been serving to their opponents so far this season…great goaltending, sound defensive play and timely goals.

Jason Jaffray with his ninth of the season, Kris Chucko with his fourth game winning goal of the season, John Negrin with his thrid goal in as many games, and Cam Cunning with some insurance, scored on Tuesday while Leland Irving posted 33 saves to pick up the win.  The HEAT will need that balance in scoring and great goaltending again if they are to beat the Dogs, who have not lost back to back in regulation this season.

You can catch all the action on Country 107.1 FM, with the HONDA WAY pregame show at 7 pm, followed by all the action at 7:30 from the Abbotsford Entertainment and Sports Centre.  Dave Sheldon and Craig MacEwen will have the call of all the action…
