In this issue of 'By The Numbers', we take a look at the season forward Greg Nemisz had with the Abbotsford Heat.

Nemisz's 21-year-old season was his second in the American Hockey League and saw maturation from the former Windsor Spitfire. The Courtice, ON product showed more grit and versatility this season, and was rewarded with nine games in the NHL with the Flames – his last stint in Calgary was widely considered his best showing. |
In the playoffs Nemisz provided offensive spark for the Heat in their sweep of the Milwaukee Admirals in the first round. The big forward had 17 points in the first 18 games of the season, and six points in eight playoff games for the the club.
