BY THE NUMBERS: CARTER BANCKS

In this issue of 'By The Numbers', we take a look at the season Carter Bancks had with the Abbotsford Heat.

 View from Pinder's Perch:

Versatile and feisty Carter Bancks turned in a solid season of hockey after overcoming some early injuries. While his offensive numbers weren't superlative, he provided unparalleled flexibility to the coaching staff as he played on all four lines, the penalty kill, the power play, and all three forward positions over the course of a season – quite a feat.

The second-year pro left the year feeling his body would be receptive to adding more mass this off-season more than it has in the past. His work ethic and heart are already among the best, a bulked up Bancks may slow the wear-and-tear that cost him all of December and much of Training Camp, and comes with his fierce play.
