EDDY, ESTOCLET AND WAHL REASSIGNED TO UTAH

Abbotsford, BC - The Abbotsford Heat announced today that forwards David Eddy, Adam Estoclet and Mitch Wahl have been reassigned to the Utah Grizzlies of the East Coast Hockey League.

Eddy has played six games this season with the Heat, missing the majority of the first half of the season due to injury. As part of his recovery, Eddy has played three games in Utah this season. Eddy played three seasons at St. Cloud State University before signing as a free agent with Calgary on March 20, 2012. The native of Woodbury, MN scored his first professional goal in his fourth AHL game on April 15th, 2012.

Estoclet has played 18 games with the Heat this season, recording two assists and eight penalty minutes. The native of Naperville, IL has posted two goals and five assists with eight penalty minutes in ten games with Utah this season. Estoclet signed as a free agent with Calgary on August 1, 2012.

Wahl, a former Memorial Cup champion with the 2008 Spokane Chiefs returns to Salt Lake City where he is leading the Utah Grizzlies in scoring with 39 points (11 goals and 28 assists) and 77 penalty minutes in 30 games played. The native of Seal Beach, CA was originally drafted by Calgary in the 2nd round with the 48th overall pick in the 2008 NHL Draft.
