Q. How/when do I Purchase my 2009-10 Season Tickets?
A. Ensuring your seats in the new state-of-the-art Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre is easy! Call the Heat Office or stop by the Box Office to arrange for an Abbotsford Heat Sales Representative to give you a tour around the centre. Here you will be able to select your seats and ask any questions concerning your seating selection and the Entertainment & Sports Centre. Payment can be made in cash, cheque or debit/credit. Arrange a time to come in to purchase your Season Tickets by calling 604-743-HEAT (4328) or 1-877-452-HEAT (4328). Tours are available Monday thru Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.

Q. Have Season Ticket prices been determined?
A. Pricing has been determined, season tickets range in price from $648.40 per seat for Orange Zone, $756.00 per seat for Green Zone, $1014.30 per seat for Blue Zone, $1186.50 per seat for Red Zone, and $1358.70 per seat for Gold Zone (GST and facility fee included in all prices). There is not a poor seat in the house - please see our ticket pricing map online here.

Q. What is included with my Season Tickets?
A. You receive exclusive access to AHL hockey for 40 Regular Season Games and 2 Preseason Games and the right to 1st refusal of playoff and subsequent season tickets, Exclusive Season Ticket Holder promotions, and guaranteed premium giveaways. You will also be given a discount on Heat Merchandise and an opportunity to become a Priority Access Member.

Q. What happens if I am unable to use my Season Tickets for certain games?
A. You will have a chance to exchange those unused Season Tickets. The Heat will be holding at least Two Season Ticket Redemption Nights during the Season. Each unused ticket can be exchanged for a ticket in your same price zone. Seats are subject to availability.

Q. What is a Priority Access Member?
A. A Priority Access Membership means you receive emails about the latest events, concerts and attractions at the Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre. You will also be able to buy tickets to events at the Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre before the public and CyberClub members. Q. How many tickets can I purchase?
A. You are entitled to purchase as many tickets as you wish for the up-coming 09-10 season given availability. Season Tickets are available NOW. Single Game seats will come available in August along with Group Ticket options.

Q. Will there be payment plans?
A. Yes, we are offering a payment plan for an initial deposit of 50% of your season tickets. The remaining instalments will be broken down by 25% to be paid on the 1st of August 2009 and September 1st 2009. You are able to do this payment plan for an additional $25 Fee.

Q. How do I apply for a position with the team?
A. If you are interested in a position with Abbotsford Heat please submit your resume through the job board.

Q. What about parking?
A. Parking in and around the Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre is limited. Management of the facility, in conjunction with the City of Abbotsford, are working to expand the overall parking inventory. We will make any new parking stalls available to our season ticket holders on a first come first serve basis if additional capacity is added.

Q. Are there Club or Premium seats available?
A. Currently all Club seats have been sold. We are exploring creating additional Club Seats. If you are interested in a wait list for Club or other premium seats please call 604-743-HEAT (4328). You must be a season ticket holder to be part of the Club Seat wait list.

Q. Group tickets and game day sales - where do we go for tickets?
A. A limited number of tickets will be reserved for individual game purchases. Tickets for individual games will go on sale in segments throughout the year, starting August 1st, after the schedule has been announced. Requests for group tickets should be made via the website.

Q. Are gift certificates available?
A. We are planning to offer these in the near future. Please check back with us again in September for more information.

Q. Wheelchair accessibility?
A. Accessible seating is available at The Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre. The Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre is equipped with elevators as well as special seating areas to accommodate your needs. Parking is available directly in front of the main entrance of the Events Center. For any questions regarding accessible seating or to purchase seats, please contact the Box Office at 604-743-5025.

Q. How do I reserve my seats with cash or a cheque?
A. Customers should come to the box office, which is open Monday-Friday from 10am-5pm. The box office is located on the East side of the building at:
