The Abbotsford Heat would like to congratulate Head Coach Jim Playfair for his participation in the Olympic Torch Relay that passed thru Abbotsford on Sunday!
Jim’s Olympic torch and tracksuit will be on display at Heat Headquarters at section 112 tonight and tomorrow for any fans at the games who want to see it.
TONIGHT ONLY fans can come by for a photo with the torch and we will email the image to them. Donations requested, but not necessary. All proceeds will benefit the Haitian Relief Effort via the Canadian Red Cross.
